1. Purpose of data collection

We store data related to the end device in order to create use statistics, for example, or to identify and trace unauthorised attempts to access our web servers. We only create profiles regarding the use of our website in anonymised form and only to improve user navigation and optimise our products and services. We do not create or process behaviour profiles relating to a specific person from the aforementioned information.

For the construction of the website, we cooperate with the service provider Kuubiik Pte Ltd. This service provider has access to all data on our servers including the data described under III.1.a. The service provider is based in Singapore and the data is hosted by a third-party provider in Australia.

Personal information may be collected directly from you from your interaction with us through our online contact form or when subscribing to online newsletter subscriptions.  In some cases, we may collect your information indirectly, for example, if another person includes your information when completing our online forms. If you attend one of our events, we may also take audio or visual recordings which identify you (we will notify you separately in such an event).

When you email us or contact us using our contact form, we collect your personal information (e-mail address, name and phone number, if provided) for the following purposes:
